Oz Painters As the name suggests, this is a forum based in Australia. It also is home to some of THE best painters and works of art in the industry. Among them are to be found multiple world-wide golden demon winners. 

Conceptart.org Possibly the greatest source of inspiration in the world of all genres of art going. Plenty of sculpting (both traditional and digital), painting and drawing. There is no other place on the internet which comes close as far as I'm concerned.  

DeviantArt Another great place to find cool artwork (of all types). A very broad spectrum of skill here, but an awful lot of good stuff too.
